These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Notihub mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Novalabs ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

• These Terms are published within the Service. By installing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
• The Service does not require account registration to use.

2. Definitions

• Service: Refers to the Notihub mobile application, including features for collecting, organizing, displaying notifications, and generating schedules.
• User: Refers to any individual who uses the Service.
• Notification Data: Refers to notification titles, body text, timestamps, and app identification information generated by third-party applications.
• User Content: Refers to notification data, schedules, memos, and other information created or stored during the use of the Service.

3. Service Provision and Changes

• The Company provides the following features:
  • Viewing and organizing notifications from multiple applications.
  • Creating and managing schedules based on notifications.
• The Service is basically provided free of charge, but specific features may be provided as paid services.
• The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service for technical or operational reasons.

4. Notification Access Permission

• The Service requires "Notification Access Permission" on supported devices to function.
• This permission is used solely to display, organize, and convert selected notifications into schedules.
• The Company does not modify, respond to, or automatically transmit notification content to external servers.

5. Paid Services and Billing (Important)

• Billing: Payments for paid features or subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store billing system. Pricing and billing cycles will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
